Our Process
Prior to commencing the project, we conduct a thorough review of all the details. We understand the importance of avoiding surprises, particularly at this crucial stage. Our dedicated team, including the sales representative, landscape designer, and assigned construction foreman, meticulously scrutinize the project to guarantee that everything is in perfect order.
We will assign skilled crews and specialized tradespeople to handle your project. These teams will kindly request your assistance in locating various utilities and services on your property.
The design team will subsequently conduct an on-site visit to gather measurements, assess grades, and capture photographs.
The crews will commence the project, following a typical process depending on the project type. This generally involves the following steps: if needed, demolition; excavation; delivery of materials; preparation of the base; rough-in of electrical and plumbing; installation of hardscapes, such as masonry work; carpentry; installation of lighting and appliances; planting and sodding; any necessary site repairs; meticulous detailing; testing; and thorough clean-up.
In the event of any developments or when we have valuable insights to share, we will promptly inform you. As per our usual practice, we will diligently document all the specifics and provide you with updates regarding any modifications to the plans. Rest assured, you will always be well-informed about the progress and current status of your project.
